The CHIBRO Pressfitting system has been studied to realize in a reliable and economic way pipelines of various type of plants in the industrial, residential, commercial and shipbuilding field in the range of diameters from 15 up to 108 mm for Stainless Steel and from 12 up to 108 mm for Carbon Steel.

The basic elements of the System are the pressfitting fittings made in: austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel according to AISI 316 L standard (N° 1.4404 according to UNI EN 10088); Carbon Steel 1.0034 according to EN 10305-3 standard, galvanized on the outer surface; in various form and dimensions.
Fittings have at each end a toroidal groove with an EPDM o-ring seal, which deformed by a pressing tool provides the tightness to the coupling.
The second group of elements of the System are the CHIBRO Pressfitting pipes made of the same material of fittings, supplied in fixed lengths of 6 m.
